ATTITUDE OF DOMINIONS

CONVEYED TO MOSCOW

LONDON, 25th November.

In the House of Commons, Mr. A"< Henderson, Foreign Secretary, told a. questioner that he had asked the Norwegian Government to communicate with the Soviet regarding the Dominions ' desire to be included in the guarantee against propaganda.

Asked whether as soon as British and Eussian Ambassadors were exchanged he would take the earliest opportunity; to clear up the differences of opinion! regarding the Third International, Mr. Henderson said that the object of resumption was to secure better relations all round.
