' '& .lefctes from the Education Board %$& reference to the letter from the Director- 'of Health, requesting that Wasses in dietetics for hospital nurses 9hould : be set up at the Technical College .under the direction of Miss Rennie (head of the Home Science Department, who has recently been Home and taken a course of instruction in dietetics) was' received at Monday's meeting of the Wellington Technical College of Governors. The, Director '(Mr. 3. H. Howell) said that ha felt ifcbat it was a great compliment to the Home Science Department of the college that such a request had been made. Mist Bennie would be able to underjta&e the work; but to enable her to do §9 ■would need to be relieved to some 'jMctoiit of her other duties.
It was decided that the classes be tot up.
