CHEAP MONEY FOR FARMERS.

WASHINGTON, 26th November. The united States Secretary of Agriculture, Mr. A. M. Hyde, predicted lower interest rates on loans to farmers after he and a group of farm leaders had conferred with President Hoover to-day. The leaders recommended to the President an immediate extension of the national roadbuildmg programme.
