DOMINION AWARD REFUSED

New Em-

An application by Zealand Federated Dairj ployecs1 Union for a Dominion award to replace existing local awards was heard in the Arbitration Court. Mr. Justice Frazer announced that after consideration the Court was of opinion that there was not a strong enough ease made out for departure from the present system. The decision of the Court was that local awards should be made.
