KEPT IN QUARANTINE
LONDON, 24th November.
The "Daily News" Moscow correspondent reports a declaration of the Official Gazette that England "must be kept in quarantine." The paper advises Soviet business experts that they, must not hurry to place orders on the British market until the British have : shown by deeds that th6y intend to abandon their policy of persecution and intrigue, with the menace of renewed rupture.
