MYSTERY STILL UNSOLVED

(Received 26th November, 9 a.m.) DUSSELDOEP, 25th November. Stelzer was found to be unconnected with the "Bipper" murders, but he is being detained in an asylum. The burned bones found in his fireplace were not human.

Articles of feminine apparel were found in Stelzer's room, and his appearance was said to tally with that of the murderer given by a woman who had narrowly escaped.
