LONDON, Hth June. The "Sun-Herald's" political correspondent says that it was learned to-day that Mr. Sidney Webb would shortly make a pronouncement regarding Labour 's Empire policy. This is the result of requests to know what Labour intends, but it has not yet been decided what form the . announcement will take. Mr, Webb is busy at the Dominions Office studying the position; with which he is not very familiar. ■
