BRITISH SAILORS' THANKS
Messrs. G. Wright, J. J. Chamberlain, and G. James write to "The Post" on behalf of the crew of the Tamaroa expressing appreciation and thanks to the local officials of the British Sailors' Society for the kind way in which they have entertained the seamen. "The British Sailors' Society ia noted for its open door policy for all sailors at its various Sailors' Bests throughout the world, and its Wellington branch is well in the front rank in the hospitality and good times provided for the visiting Sailors. In fact, none of us have had more enjoyable evenings on 3horo anywhoro than we Jiavo had provided for us here." Thanks are also conveyed to the holpers who provided entertainment, and appreciation is expressed of the better accommodation provided in the society's new rooms in Lower Cuba street.
