SUGGESTED BERLIN APPOINT-
(United Press Association.—Copyright.) OTTAWA, 23rd November. "Never heard of it. It has never been suggested," was the comment of Mr. J. A. Robb, acting-Premier, when asked regarding the possibility of the appointment of a Canadian Commissioner to Berlin, as Bnggested in a Paris cable reading: "Mr. G. W. Stephens, of Montreal, chairman of the Commission governing the SaaV Basiu, under the League of Nations, will possibly be appointed first Canadian High Commissioner in Bertin."
