AUCKLAND'S MATCHES AGAINST WELLINGTON.

Plans in connection with the Auckland representative cricket team's risit to Wellington, Christchureh, and Thnwrfrn were discussed by the Management Committee of the Auckland Cricket A*sc»eL» tion this evening. The" Canterbmy mad Otago matches are Plunket Shield fixtures, while the game against Wellington is a friendly one. Wellington trill visit Auckland later in the season to play the shield match. The suggestion thai , t2i« Auckland-Canterbury match should stall at Christchurcli at 2 p.m. on Chrisitmas Day was agreed to. The team will, leave Auckland on 21st December, and will return about 12th January.
