UPPER HUTT CLUB,

On Saturday the Upper Hutt llifle Cub lired the second shoot in tlie first series. Tho conditions were fairly good, although the dull liEht made sighting rather difficult. Rflmn. S. VICTORIA COLLEGE CLUB. The Victoria College team shot over four ranges last Saturday 200, 300, 500, and M 0 yards. The usual programme was not followed, as practice was needed for the Imperial Universities competition, which has to be shot next Saturday. The trophy in this competition was won last year by Victoria College, who beat Sydney University by two points. The results of Saturday'! shoot were very satisfactory, and if the team can produce the same result next Saturday, the chances of the college retaininß the trophy will be pood.
