(Received 24th November, 2.30 p.m.) LONDON, 23rd November. "Mag, everything I,possess.—J,B." This was written in indelible pencil on an eggshell and constitutes perhaps one of the strangest wills ever exhibited in the Probate Court. The widow of John Barnes, ship's pilot, said she found the egg-shell on top of a wardrobe after her husband's death. She urged |hat it should-ropliice tho previous will, in which she was granted £400. Others largely benefited in the estate, -which was valued at over £5000. Counsel submitted that the will »came within the exceptions under the Wills Act, namely, that Barnes wns virtually a seaman ai aeu. ; ' . ■;;,'.
