AT LANCASTER HOUSE
BBILLIANT RECEPTION.
LONDON, 20th October. A thousand guests, including the Prime Ministers of the Dominions and other delegates, with their ladies, attended the Government reception at Lancaster House. Mr. and Mrs. Baldwin received the guests on the grand staircase, where the scene was most brilliant. Cabinet members and ir/iny members of the House of Commons, peers, and Viscount Allenby, and other generals noted in the World War, were present.
