HASTINGS, This Day. The Hawkes Bay Spring Show opened to-day in fine weather, before a good attendance. There is a record number of entries. The Minister of Agriculture (the Hon. O. J. Hawken) is engaged today in visiting the orchard areas, and will bo present at the show to-morrow People's Day. '
