The awful conditions ruling in Siberia form the basis of a picture of the same name screening again at Shortt's Theatre to-day. Edmund Lowe and Tom Santschi cross steel—and the result has been called the most thrilling duel ever filmed. Supporting pictures are an O. Henry story, "Failure," and a Fox News. \
