MR. COOK PLEASED
MOKE FUNDS FROM RUSSIA.
' LONDON, 7th September. Mr. A. J. Cook, secretary of . tho Miners' Federation, speaking at Parkstone, near Bournemouth, said he had received a telegram that morning from Russia, sending another £100,000. He added that he was unabashed, and made no apology for the stand of the last nineteen weeks. He would gladly sign an agreement for a ten shilling minimum daily wage.
