CLAIM AGAINST CONSTABLE
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, This Day. Arising from a Court case in which ;i. charge of drunkenness was dismissed, tho im-psting constable has received notice of a Supreme Court action by tho man arrested for £.400 damages for alleged assault and battery, and wrongful imprisonment.
