MADBID, 6th September.
King Alfonso has arrived and granted an audience to General de Bivera. He reiterated his confidence in the Government, which has received the adherence of the municipalities, citizens, and military men. Perfect discipline characterises the artillery reservists and non-artillery men. Normality ha* been restored in Segovia. Artillery officers aro confined to barracks. Three regiments in Madrid were disarmed by an infantry picket.
