MADBID, 6th September.

An official statement declares that the attitude of all forces, except the artillery, has been perfectly disciplinsd, all showing a wish to do their duty. The Chief of Staff, with a section of infantry, visited the Krst Regiment of Artillery's barracks and demanded the resignation of the Commandant and the surrender of the barracks. The order was immediately obeyed. Two other artillery barracks refused to obey, and were surrounded with cavalry and infantry. After negotiations the officers submitted.
