"KIKI."
Norms. Talmadge in her most unique role—a street waif and general all-round spitfire, "Kiki," is proclaimed as the famous star's, greatest picture, and will be presented at the Paramount Theatre on Friday. Portraying the lovable gamin in the screen version of David Belasco's favourite stage success, Miss Talmadge proves she is as great a comedienne as she is_ a dramatic actress. It is difficult to realise that the bubbling, hair-pulling Paris street girl is the Norma Talmadge of "Smilin' Through," "Secrets," and "Graustark." "Kiki has been brought to the screen with all the wealth of detail and costly settings -which mark a Norma Talmadge feature. A huge Paris theatre and its fashionable audience, one of the French capital's most famous cafes, and a section of the Montmartre district are faithfully reproduced. Miss Talmadge's supporting cast includes Eonald Colman, Gertrude Astor, Marc MacDermott, George K. Arthur, William Orlamond, Frankie Darro, andAlack Swain. The box plan is now open at the Utility Stationery Shop (next to the theatre).
