TRADE BARRIERS

The -Council of the International Chamber of Commerce is now taking steps, to carry out the resolutions on economic restoration passed at the annual congress at Brussels last June. A good deal of spade work has, already been done. A small central international committee is now being appointed by the president, and there will be a general committee of five members from each affiliated country, whose task will be to concentrate actively on the general question of trade barriers.'
