IMPERIAL CONFERENCE
CANADA AND POSTPONEMENT.
(United Press Association. —Copyright.) OTTAWA, 4th September.
The Montreal "Star" to-day attributed to the Acting-Premier, Sir Henry Drayton, the denial of London rumours that Canada had asked for a further postponement of the Imperial Conference. The paper states that Sir Henry said: "We did suggest, instead of being at the beginning of October, the Conference should be put back two weeks. This was agreed to, but that is all." ,
