DOPE TO MAKE IT UNDRINKABLE.

(United Press Association.—Copyright.) WASHINGTON, 3rd Sept. Dr. Doran, the chief Prohibition chemist, has reported to the ActingSecretary of tho Treasury, Mr. G. B. Winstone, that Prohibition chemists have developed a new complex oil compound for injection into industrial alcohol to mark the liquid as undrinkable. The new connection will make industrial alcohol so strikingly marked that it can only be consumed by a deliberate, wilful act. According to Dr. Doran, lawful industries aro being protected by such new compound.
