The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Limited, has received the following cablegram from their London house, under date 3rd Instant: —"New Zealand Frozen Meat.—Lamb (average), B%d per lb. Mutton: Wether and maiden ewe light, 6_,d per lb; wether and maiden ewe heavy, 5%d per lb; ewe, light, 4%d per lb; ewe, heavy, 4d per lb. ' Market slow." The liank of New Zealand Produce Department, lias received the following advice from its London office, under date 3rd Instant: — "Krozen Meat: There is a fair demand for wethers. The market for ewes is depressed owing to absence of demand. There Is a little better demand for lambs. Wethers, light 5%d to 6_.d per lb, heavy 5d to sV_<l per lb; ewes, 3V.d to 4'^d per lb; lambs, 2's 8d to 9.id per lb," B's 8d to B%d per lb, 4's 7 »_d to 8d per lb, seconds 8d to B%d per IB."
