PEKIN, Srd September. Wn Pei : fu is reported to hairs been deposed from the command of the aatiCantonese Allies, and to be virtually, a prisoner aboard a war vessel in th« Yang-tsze. ■ Wuchang is believed to have ban regained by an offensive by the Allies, who opened a dyke, flooding the enemy area. Both sides are preparing for a decisive battle for the possession of Hankow, which is overcrowded with refugees.
