A report from Marseilles states that there were remarkable scenes on Abdel Rrim sailing on Thursday for the island of Beunion, to Which he has been exiled. He was compelled before departure to allow himself to be photographed and cincmatogrnphed, also to sign postenrds. The police were powerless to protect him.
