AN ENGLISH MEMORY.
"I think of a school hall with its walls covered with the names of those who have passed through it generations before, names great in history. I think of that hall on great occasions, the hall where - the school welcomed back men who. had made great names for, themselves, and I think of othor occasions, thrilled by the utterances of great men. I think of the hall where we met and sang tho school songs which remain with us to this day. The hall from which we went out into the world, determined to. do something Worthy of that school. ;
