TO-DAY'S PROCEEDINGS
HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
The House of Representatives met at 2.30 p.m. Bills were brought down by Gover-nor-General's message dealing with Rural Crodits and the Bank of New Zealand long-term loan proposals. In reply to the Leader of the Opposition, the Minister of Finance stated that both Bills were framed on the lines of the recommendations of the Special Committee which had considered the proposals.
