APPEAL TO RUSSIA
FOR LEVY ON TRADE UNIONISTS. MOSCOW, 2nd September. Following a session of the AngloRussian Committee, held in Berlin, a council of the Soviet Labour Unions appealed to members to levy 1 per cent, on wages, to assist the British miners.
