GERMANY'S OBLIGATIONS
PROOF OF PERFORMANCE. LONDON, 2nd September. The significance of Germany's reparation payments lies in tho fact that with the payment of 45 million gold marks by a German railway company yesterday morning, Germany paid in full the annuity of 60 millions sterling provided in the second year of the experts ' plan. The Reparation Commission thinks this is a proof that Germany is faithfully performing her obligations. __.
