SHUFFLING THE SEATS
NON-PEBMANBNTS ELIGIBLE FOR SECOND TERM. . j (Sydney Sun Cable.) GENEVA, 31st August. The Reorganisation Commission agreed that there shall be nine non-permanent seats, three to be elected for three years, three for two years, :.nd three for a year, after which, by tho special vote, it shall be decided which three shall be eligible for a second term, thereby satisfying Poland's desire for a fairly long mandate.
