(Special to "The Evening Port.")' CHBISTCHTTECH, This Day. While strapped to an electric crane forty feet from the ground at the railway workshops at Addington yesterday afternoon, Thomas AVjlliani Newton.' (28) received an electric shock of such severity as to render him unconscious. The men working with Newton brought the unconscious man down, and he was admitted to the hospital, where his condition was. found to bo serious. Last night Newton had shown little improve' ment and was conscious only at inter* vals. - ■
