With the approach of summer, sea bathing will claim its hundreds of devotees. A correspondent, "Bo Practical," writes to "The Post" suggest? ing that members of life-saving clubs should bo provided with whistles and given authority to uso same for the purpose of calling anyone back who1 goes out too far when bathing The writer states that he has seen this done at Diep])e, tho results apparently being that deaths from drowning are minimised.
