A BARRAGE OF BEGULATIONS
When the question of the motor-bus regulations were being discussed in the House of Representatives yesterday afternoon, Mr., V. H. Potter, the member for Boskill, was critical of the number of regulations .' and bylaws whioh were incorporated in the general administration of local bodies in Now Zealand. "We have enough regulations," he said, "to stop a motor-car running altogether."
