GYMNASTIC CARNIVAL.
Many new attractions are to lie staged at tho V.M.C.A. annual gymnastic carnival on 11th and 13th September. Tha poetry of-motion as expressed'"in physical exer* cisc performed en masse is expected to be most impressive. In various numbers the stage will be filled with members, of the different classes who will give an exposition of physical exercise performed with a rhythm and, precision that ia necessary to give the proper finish, to massed. drill. A special number will be the Dutch song and dance. Correctly costumed in Dutch folk dross' and led by Miss R. Zander, this excellent, ballet of Dutch dancers will sup-po'rt-Mjss Molly Duffy. A now attractionwill "be the baby gymnasts on the vaulting horse. The men's senior team ia in good training, and daring _mid,-air tricks from the horizontal bar will surprise patrons. The box plan will open.on 6th September, and patrons are asked tb/book early.
