KING'S THEATRE.
The quaint London of the costers, with their queer "customs, button-trimmed clothing, and picturesque surroundings, is to be seen in "My Old Dutch," Lawrence Trimble's all-star production, featuring May M'Avoy, Pat O'Malley, Cullen Landis, and Jean Hersholt, which ib now showing at the King's Theatre. The rare humour of these inimitable coster folk—the humorous donkey race, the twelve-ply marriage ceremony—are some of the fascinating scenes that bring joy to many hearts. A comedy and a gazette are on the bill, wlnje tho orchestral items include many old-time coster melodies. "Pretty Ladies," the greatest directorial triumph'of Monta, Boll's lilm_ career, is to be shown on Friday. It is a screen adaptation f.f the novel by Adela Rogers St. John. In the cast are Tom Moore, Zasu Pitts, George K. Arthur, and Lilyan Tashman, with Nurma Shearer, Conrad Nagel, and Ami Pcnniugton as edded attractions. How ? brilliant musical comedy . star, whose wealth qoukl not bring happiness.to her lovestarved life, finally found romance in the love. of an orchestra drummer is magnificently portrayed by Zasu Pitts. Many scenes are iilmed in natural colours with dazzling artistic effect.
