The police stated that other informations were pending, which, according to the accused's own statement, might involve £5000 sterling. On counsel seeking bail when thd accused was remanded to appear in Auotc land on Bth September, the police gttuiel that it was suggested that the accused has spoken of suicide. Bail at £500 was given the accused, who is to report to the police daily.
