Revolutionists on Tuesday captured Cape Gracias, on the east coast of Nicaragua. The American cruiser Rochester has arrived at Bragoan's Bluff, where it has been sent to protect foreign interests. The Government reports that the rebels were defeated in a skirmish near the Gulf "of Foegocs, and have been driven to the mountains.
