(Australian-Now Zealand Cable Ann.) (Eeceived 31st August, 2.30 p.m.) LONDON, 30th August. Referring to Sir James Allen's and Sir George Per ley's Pacific cable interviews, the Australian Press Agency is authorised to state that the board is not considering a reduction of rates till the duplication of the cable is completed at the end of November.
