BIG THEFT OF ELECTRIC WIRE
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.)' CHEISTCHUECH, This 'Day. The fact that in 1923 £1500 worth of wire .was stolen from the Post and Telegraph Department's store at Addington was mentioned before the Magistrate this morning, when Robert Talbot Daly was charged with the theft of wire valued at £5. Daly, who pleaded not guilty, is an electrical engineer, and is not connected with the Department. Tho ease is proceeding.
