The Shaw-SaviU Cpmpany advises thai the steamer Mahana is due at Wellington on Monday next from Auckland to continue discharge of her cargo from Liverpool. She will leave this port on sth June for further discharging at Lyttelton, for discharging and loading at Port Chalmers, and for loading at Bluff, Tlmaru, and Wellington, where she is due to return on 25th June, sailing finally from here on Ist July for London, via Montevideo and Teneriff c. MAHIA SAILS. Tho Shaw-SavlU steamer Mania, having completed her Homeward loading at Lyttelton, cleared that port yesterday afternoon for London, via Montevideo and Teneriffe. RARANGA DUB TO-MORROW. To complete loadine, the Shaw-Savill steamer Raranga is due at Wellington to-morrow morning from Napier, and sails on Saturday from hero for Genoa, Havre, and London, via Cape Horn. i THE lONIC. Now loading at Tlmaru, tho Shaw-Savill liner lonic leaves there on Thursday to load at Auckland and Wellington, being due here on 4th June. The vessel is scheduled to sail finally from this port at daylight on loth June for Southampton and London, via Panama. THE MAKUBA. The Union Company's latest advice about the R.M.S. Makura is that the vessel is due at Wellington at I» o'clock to-night. She is timed to sail at 3 p.m..^to-morrow for San. Francisco, via ports. THE WAIRUNA. To continue (discharge of her Pacific Coast cargo, the Union Company's cargo steamer Wairuna win leave Wellington on Friday lor Melbourne and Sydney. HURUNUI FOR HOME. The Federal Company advises that the steamer Hurunui is still billed to clear port at daylight to-morrow for Glasgow, Liverpool, Manchester, and Avonmouth. MAHIA CLEARS LYTTELTON. The Shaw-Savill steamer Mania ■ cleared Lyttelton yesterday afternoon for London, via Montevideo and Tenerifle. THE PORT HARDY. The C. and D. Line steamer Port Hardy is due at Wellington on Thursday morning from Lyttelton to load for New York, Boston, and London. The vessel leaves Wellington on Saturday for Waikokopu and Auckland to complete her cargo, . ■ THE CANADIAN CHALLENGER. The Canadian Government Line steamer Canadian Challenger arrived at Montreal on the 23rd May from Auckland, via New York and Boston. The vessel ' sailed from Auckland on the 3rd April. FUEL OIL FROM SAN LUIS. The oil-tanker Tascalusa sailed from San Luis on the 12th May with a cargo of fuel oil for Wellington. The vessel is due here iju the 7th June. CITY OF BOMBAY FROM NEW YORK. The A. anil A. Line steamer City of Bombay, which arrived at Auckland yesterday from New York, is to sail on Thursday for Napier and Wellington. ■ The vessel is due here about Tuesday next. RUAPEHU FROM HOME, Carrying passengers, mails, and cargo, the New Zealand Shipping Company's liner Ruapehu arrived in the stream at 9.13 a.m. today from London and Southampton, via Panama, and was berthed later at the King's Wharf. The Ruapohu loaded cargo at London, aud left there on 15tl\ April for Southampton, where passengers were embarked and mails taken aboard. Doparturc was taken from Southampton at 1.55 p.m. on 16th April, and for the first three days heavy westerly weather was experienced. The weather then moderated, and continued fine until arrival at Panama at 4 a.m. on 2nd May. The ship

passed through the canal during the day and nrrived at Balboa at 3.30 p.m. Passeugera went ashore for a few hours, and the Ruapehu sailed at 10.30 p.m. Fine weather was experienced across the Pacific, but on Hearing the New Zealand coast ueavy westerly gales were encountered. The usual deck games, fancy dress balls, and dances wore held during the voyage, and were a great success. A further draft of assisted immigrants arrived by the vessel.
