. (Received 31st January, 2 p.m.) 'LONDON, 30th January. Mr. Havelock Wilson, on-behalf of the National Seamen's and Firemen's Union, has telegraphed to Mr. MacDonald pointing out that twelve hundred seamen on German vessels 'in the United Kingdom have struck against the low wages of £3 a month, as compared with" £9 paid by British and . other shipowners.
