(Received 30th January, 9 a.m.) , ' LONDON. 29th' January. A man entered a "West End police station and produced part of Prince George's jewellery. He stated that he had read about the robbery, but he did not explain how he came to be in possession 'of ,the jewellery, Scotland Yard believes that the restoration is due to the underworld's tradition that robbing the Royal Family is an abhorrent offence, derogatory to the thief, whpse fellow-crimin-als exert an influence to secure restoration.
Prince George was robbed of a suitcase containing evening dress and some jewellery, including gold sleeve links set with diamonds, a gift of Queen Alexandra. The Prince, while motoring, left his car for a few- minutes to. pay a call. When he arrived at York House to dine with the Prince of Wales the suitcase was missing.
