RECOGNISING RUSSIA
MISSION TO MOSCOW MOOTED.
- LONDON, 29th January. The "Daily Chronicle's diplomatic correspondent, says that it is gathered that the question of recognition" of Russia is still under survey. The complexities of the subject do not appear to have -been simplified. Complications include the terms of recognition and Russia's relations to the League of Nations It seems likely that the Government before accprding recognition will send a Commission to Moscow representing the F'o're,.?n_°-*_«* the Treasury, and the Board ot Trade, under the chairmanship of Captain p Grady, to discuss, first, Russia s attitude to the Anglo-B-ussian Treaties of the Czarist days; secondly, the WW Polish frontier; thirdly, ' the Bessarabian^frontier; and fourthly, debts and prjyate: properties.
