RANGIURU SEASIDE RESORT

On Saturday, at Otaki, Messrs. Abraham and Williams, Ltd., auctioneers, Palmerston North, offered by . public auction portion of Mr. E. Hopkin's Rangiuru seaside property. There was a large attendance at the sale, and keen competition was shown for sections. Additional interest was created, no doubt, through the tree-planting which had been carried out some twenty years ago, making a picturesque and sheltered resort. The prices ranged from £57 to £90. Purchasers were in attendance from Wellington, Greymouth; Palmerston. North, Dannevirke, Taihape, Pahiatua^ Eketahuna, and Otaki. Mr. R. P. Abraham wielded the hammer.
