The London tubemen* i have formed strike committees, and have offered the locomen to strike unless there was a settlement within forty-eight hours. The executive of-the Locomotive Society replied that it did not l, want an extension while negotiating. The boilermakers have decided not'to repau- -"blackleg" engines. >.
