Jhe shop in question is brimfjl with a stock that is seldom seen outsule very much larger towns than Levu. It comprises all modern literature, .all the daily and weekly papers, . magazines, children's picture ".books, ladies' fashion journals, school requisites, fric-.y goods, toys, china and glassware, atd mar.y other excellent lines, all new and fashionable. Besides this fine shop in Oxford street, Mrs. Apps controls the railway bookstall, and is the sole agent in Levin for the- "Evening Post." Mr. Apps conducts a land and estate agency which is quite • separate from the stationery business bo successfully conducted by his better, half. An. advertisement relative to Mr. Apps's business appears elsewhere in this issue. ' ■ , ■ '
