At a reecnt meeting of the committee of St. John Ambulance Association, \the. secretary since 1915, Mr._ J. B. Finlay, tendered his > resignation, to take effect from end of February. The resignation was accepted with regret, and Mr. Finlay was thanked, for his many services to the association. '
