■ LONDON, 27th January. The. "Morning Posts Vienna, correspondent says that Mr. Philip Snowden in an article in the English supplement co the "Neve Freie Presse," • expresses the-I/fbour Party's aversion to alliances and policies of equilibrium, and demands a v/orld disarmament based on universal
agreement.
He says that the pai'tv advocates a thorough revision of the Peace Treaties,
j as indispensable to the appeasement and ] economic reconstruction of Europe, which 1 demands an' immediate and generous setj tlement of reparations and the mutual 1 cancellation of inter-Allied debts. The . party has no sympathy with the theories i and practices of .the Bolsheviks, but fav-. . ours the unrestricted recognition of the Soviet Government. .
