Boon's rink from Seatoun defeated Lyall Bay (Phythian) by 18 points to NELSON VISITORS. Three rinks from Nelson paid a visit to the Newtown green last week, but after playing a few heads the game had to be abandoned owing to rain They were afterwards suitably .entertained in the social hall. On Satruday three rinks from Nelson piayed a friendly game at Hataitai and were supcessful by 65' points to 68. Congratulatory reference was, made to the condition of the Hataitai green, and' thanks given for the hospitality extended the visitors. ,
